At 9pm we have 7" and it is 19 degrees with freezing rain. I'm not sure how it can be rain at this temperature, but I took the puppy out and the rain drops literally froze to my hair. Brrrrrr!

The arctic blast of 08 is finally here!!!!
It is 5pm and so far we have about 4" and it is still snowing!!!!
At 9pm we have 7" and it is 19 degrees with freezing rain. I'm not sure how it can be rain at this temperature, but I took the puppy out and the rain drops literally froze to my hair. Brrrrrr!
