What a whirlwind weekend we had!! I started off Saturday morning with a trip to Lake Oswego to meet up with an old friend from High School that I haven't seen in 20+ years!!! Her daughter was in a volleyball tournament at the high school there, and is an AMAZING athlete. It was a lot of fun watching the tournament and learning all of the new rules....things have completely changed since I played WAY BACK WHEN.
Saturday evening (yes, we were way behind this year and doing things last minute) the kids dyed their eggs.
Brandon's extra cool "Yoshi" style egg (for those not in "the know" Yoshi is a video game character)
Some of the 3 dozen eggs they colored....
The Tishendorf egg dying crew...
We baked "Easter Basket" cupcakes....quick and easy to make but OH SO RICH...starting my "after Easter diet" on Monday....
The Easter Bunny made it through the storm!!!! We had to wake Ryan and Ryley at 7:30 this morning so we could get the egg hunt underway....
Tyler and Sarah with the gifts the Easter Bunny delivered. Gotta love that bunny!!!
Ryley and Tori starting their Easter egg hunt...
Matt was in charge of keeping hold of the dogs on their leashes...we found that they are EXTREMELY talented in not only finding the Easter Eggs, but OPENING them to get the treat inside...
Tori -- aka "The Egg Master"
Sweet Sarah with her basket of sweets...
Tyler with a good start to the morning...
Our handsome Ryan before church this morning
Tori in one of her new outfits the Easter Bunny brought for her....Gotta love that the Easter Bunny has GREAT clothing taste.
A bunny we found in the back yard this afternoon!!!
Matt and I relaxing this afternoon!!!

loved seeing you. Love the Easter activity pictures. My girls said it was terribly sad the Easter bunny didn't make it to our house, but thankfully, he dropped stuff off with my sister :~)
