We celebrated Tori's 10th birthday today! It is family tradition that the birthday person gets to pick the meals for the day, so for breakfast it was chocolate chip waffles. Lunch was Bento's restaurant's Teryaki Chicken with Soba Noodles and Dinner was "Breakfast for dinner" (thank goodness she didn't have us eat at Ihop again this year). We had chocolate chip pancakes, bacon and cheesy scrambled eggs!
After breakfast, Brandon let Tori know that his gift to her was having her fingernails and toenails painted at the local nail salon!

Her fancy fingers and toes....all ready for their New York trip!After lunch we made Tori's birthday cake. She found a recipe for Rootbeer Float Cake online and it turned out great! I'll post the recipe on my personal blog as soon as I have a chance!
